Handover From Existing Builder

Verifying the maintenance accounts of the members of the proposed society
Verifying the expenses made by the developer from the advance maintenance received from the members of the society
Checking whether the expenses incurred by the developer are supported by proper invoices / payment receipts and vouchers
Checking whether any excess payments not related to society’s common expenditure have been made from the maintenance accounts and verify whether there is any misutilisation of maintenance funds
Arriving at final amount receivable from the developer before hand over to society

Accounting

Maintain Cash, Bank Book, Members Ledger and General in Tally software.
Preparation of maintenance billing of all members.( maintenance bill will be system generated and will be mail to respective member on monthly basis
Accounting of collection of receipt from members ( receipt acknowledgement will be send to respective members on mail)
Bank related transactions i.e. receipts & payments, as & when required
Carry out Bank Reconciliation
Provide Reports such as Bill Register, Receipt Register and Outstanding Statements. Draw Annual account tallying with member Ledger General Ledger Cash Book and Bankbook
Advice on compliance of society
Monthly submission of profit and loss account of society to committee members
Monthly submission of Cash flow of society to committee Members
Reminder mails for payment request to member who are defaulters
Interest Calculation of overdue payments ( interest calculation will be system generated)
Co ordination with auditors for society audit
Any other related accounting work
GST working and returns
